The Company was advised on 29 July 2009 that on 29 July 2009 Roger Wilson, Chairman, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 22.4p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Wilson has a total beneficial interest in 788,300 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.74% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
