Directors Dealings
The Company confirms today that Ann-Charlotte Braime, the wife of Nicholas Braime, a director of the Company disposed of 1,900 A Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of GBP£4.81 each on 11 December 2012.
The total holding of Ann-Charlotte Braime is now nil A Ordinary shares in the Company; 77,200 Ordinary Shares (representing 16.1% of the issued Ordinary Shares in the Company) and 50 Cumulative Preference Shares (representing 0.03% of the Cumulative Preference Shares).
Nicholas Braime is therefore now directly and indirectly interested in nil A Ordinary shares in the Company; 143,400 Ordinary Shares (representing 29.9% of the issued Ordinary Shares); and 100 Cumulative Preference Shares (representing 0.06% of the Cumulative Preference Shares).
