DIRECTOR'S DEALING - Purchase into SIPP
StatPro has been notified that Andrew Fabian, Finance Director, has today sold 31,363 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 86.5p per Share, and on the same day the Mr Fabian's SIPP purchased 31,363 Shares at 86.6p per Share.
Following these transactions Mr Fabian's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 31,363 Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the Company issued ordinary shares.
