Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("ordinary shares") by persons discharging managerial responsibility.
Awards made under the Home Retail Group Performance Share Plan
The Company made awards on 10 May 2010 under the terms of the Company's Performance Share Plan. The awards are subject to performance conditions and the maximum numbers of ordinary shares that could vest for no consideration in the case of each of the persons discharging managerial responsibility are as follows:
