Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
M&G plc (the 'Company') announces that Edward Braham, Chair, and a person closely associated to him, Isabel Braham, have purchased ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
Mr. Braham purchased 41,539 shares on 23 June 2023. Mrs. Braham purchased 31,861 shares on 23 June 2023 and a further 2,100 shares on 26 June 2023.
