SkyePharma PLC (the "Company")
On 12 November 2008, as a result of the operation of the Co-Investment Agreements entered into by the Company and the relevant director in 2006/7, and as authorised by the Remuneration Committee, the following directors of the Company became the legal and beneficial owners of the following numbers of Ordinary Shares of the Company with a value of £1.625 per Share:-

In respect of Frank Condella and Dr Ken Cunningham, these Ordinary Shares released on 12 November 2008 are the second and final tranches of the award of Matching Shares. In respect of Peter Grant, these Ordinary Shares released on 12 November 2008 are the first tranche of Matching Shares.
