Director's purchase of shares
Renold advises that Robert Davies, the Group's Chief Executive, purchased a further ten thousand (10,000) ordinary shares in the company on Friday 27 June 2008 at 80p each. Following this share purchase, Mr Davies' total shareholding in the company is two hundred and four thousand shares (204,000).
