Helphire Group PLC06 November 2007 On 3rd November 2007 Helphire granted its Executive Directors and PDMRs nil-costshare options over ordinary 5p shares ("Shares") in the Company under both theHelphire Group Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP") and the Helphire GroupEquity Partnership Plan (the "EPP") (together the "Plans"); details are set outon the table below. The options will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date subject to theHelphire Remuneration Committee's determination in accordance with the rules ofthe Plans and, in the case of the EPP only, the participants maintaining aninvestment in the Company's Shares throughout the three year vesting period.
