Waiver of Options
Joules, the premium British lifestyle brand, today announces that Nick Jones, CEO of Joules, and Marc Dench, CFO of Joules, have waived the share options which they were awarded in April 2020 in lieu of the salary they sacrificed in order to mitigate the cash impact on the Company of Covid-19 (the "Options"). The Options have a 1p exercise price and were due to vest in two tranches, with 50% vesting on 30 September 2020 and 50% on 30 April 2021. A total of 107,859 Options have been waived, which at the close price on Friday 25 September 2020 of 93 pence, represent a value of approximately £100k.
FY21 LTIP Awards
Following consultation with shareholders, the proposals for the FY21 LTIP awards for directors are being reviewed by the Remuneration Committee of the Company and an announcement will be made in the coming weeks once these awards have been granted.
