RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that on 30 October 2018 Allison Bainbridge, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 18,400 Ordinary Shares of the Company at prices of £1.60733 and £1.58 per share. The Company also announces that on 29 October 2018 Liza Kane, Group People Director (a PDMR) and a person closely associated with her both purchased 3,400 Ordinary Shares of the Company and both at a price of £1.428 per share.
This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Directive.
