DIRECTOR/PDMR SHARE DEALING

 

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

 

RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that on 16 March 2021 an award of Shares were made to John Tompson, John Chubb, Paul Aitken, Halvard Kilde, Doug Matthys, Ross Thompson, Liza Kane, Chantalle Meijer and Alastair Rutter, all PDMR's of the Company, under the RPS Group plc Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan'). The shares awarded will vest in three years' time subject to the rules of the Plan.
