DIRECTOR/PDMR SHARE DEALING
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.
RPS Group Plc ('the Company'), a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that on 23 March 2022 John Douglas - Chief Executive Officer acquired 109,933 ordinary shares in the Company on the maturity of an award under the Employee Long Term Incentive Plan in the case of 50,000 shares at a price of £1.06 and in the case of 59,933 shares at a price of £1.10. In addition John Douglas acquired 102,754 ordinary shares in the Company on the maturity of an award under the Short Term Annual Bonus Plan at £1.06 per share. Mr Douglas now holds 941,761 shares through Rokahesu Pty Ltd (ATF The Douglas Family Trust) and a further 1,374,207 ordinary shares in his own account.
