SSA Investments S.àr.l., a person closely associated with Simon Arora, the CEO of B&M European Value Retail S.A. ("B&M") and Bobby and Robin Arora who are persons discharging managerial responsibilities in relation to B&M, sold 50,000,000 GBP Senior Secured Notes 3.625% due 2025 in B&M for a total aggregate price of GBP 52,082,000 on 19 February 2021, through the chain of transactions notified below, with the ultimate holder of those notes now being Rani 1 Holdings Limited which is a person closely associated with Simon Arora.
