Director/PDMR Dealings
Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused specialist asset manager with c.£872million of assets under management, announces that it has received notifications of the following transactions relating to Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the capital of Mercia ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:
· Diane Seymour-Williams, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has become beneficially interested in 250,000 Ordinary Shares. The Shares were bought by her on 3 March 2021 at 29.75p per share.
· Forward Nominees Limited, an entity closely associated with Ray Chamberlain, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has sold 830,000 Ordinary Shares. The Shares were sold on 3 March 2021 at 30.00p per share by non-Chamberlain family shareholders. None of the shares sold were held personally by Ray Chamberlain.
Following the above transactions, Diane Seymour-Williams and Ray Chamberlain are beneficially interested in the following number of Ordinary Shares:
