Director/PDMR Dealings
Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused specialist asset manager with c.£959million of assets under management, announces that it has received notifications of the following transactions relating to Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the capital of Mercia ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:
· Ian Metcalfe, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 65,100 Ordinary Shares. The shares were bought yesterday at 30.25p per share.
· Mark Payton, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 163,272 Ordinary Shares. These shares were bought yesterday at 29.90p, 30.00p and 29.99p per share.
· Martin Glanfield, Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 132,231 Ordinary Shares. These shares were bought yesterday at 30.25p per share.
· Julian Viggars, Director and Chief Investment Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 132,255 Ordinary Shares. These shares were bought yesterday at 30.00p per share.
· Peter Dines, PDMR and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 659,000 Ordinary Shares. These shares were bought yesterday at 30.25p per share.
The personal share purchases by Messrs Payton, Glanfield, Viggars and Dines (123,206 shares) are the re-investment of part of their 2021/22 net bonuses, and the shares will be held for a minimum period of one year.
Following the above transactions, Messrs Metcalfe, Payton, Glanfield, Viggars and Dines are beneficially interested in the following number of Ordinary Shares:
