The Company was notified on 6 July 2023 by Philip Bowcock (Chairman) that he had on that date sold 185,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.713 per share.

These Ordinary Shares were sold to enable Philip Bowcock to satisfy his tax and national insurance liabilities which arose on 22 June 2023 as a result of some of his shares being released from restrictions in accordance with his restricted share awards.
