Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that it was notified that, on 10 September, Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, purchased 39,336 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares Martin Varley will be interested in 11,268,677 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 15.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
