Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, announces that it was notified that on 4 January 2024, Graham Feltham, CFO, completed the sale and repurchase of 82,852 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate, awarded as a bonus in October 2023, in to his ISA account.
Following the transfer of Ordinary Shares, Graham Feltham's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 225,675 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
