The Company announces that on 7 August 2020, Marcus Yeoman, Non-Executive Director and a PDMR, transferred 1,150,943 ordinary shares from his self-invested personal pension (SIPP) to his personal holding at a sale price of 0.32p per share and a purchase price of 0.327p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Yeomans' total interest in ordinary shares remains 1,200,943 ordinary shares.
