Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
EVRAZ plc was notified on 29 March 2019 by Mr. Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that he placed an order to purchase EVRAZ 5.25% notes due in 2024 for total principal amount of $50m.
