Codemasters announces that it has been notified by certain Directors of the Company, being Frank Sagnier, CEO and Rashid Varachia, CFO (the "Selling Directors"), that they have sold in aggregate, 650,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
