Holdings in Company
The Company has been notified that Chris Fraser, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, has maintained his beneficial interest in 123,747,368 ordinary shares of the Company. As a result of admission of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer shares to trading on AIM on 28 November 2016, he has a beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares that represents 2.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has also been notified that Broadscope Pty Ltd as trustee for the Catlow Family Trust, of which Mr Christopher Catlow, former non-executive director, is a beneficiary has maintained its beneficial interest in 102,213,000 ordinary shares of the Company. As a result of admission of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer shares to trading on AIM on 28 November 2016, its beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares has fallen below the 3% threshold at which it is obliged to notify the Company of further changes in holding.
The Company's website has been updated to reflect these changes.
Regulatory information
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 4,165,514,405 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
This announcement contains inside information as defined in Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation No. 596/2014 and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of those Regulations.
