Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc (LSE: KWE) announces that it was notified on 11 November 2016, that Simon Radford, a director of the Company, purchased 3,300 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £10.17 per Ordinary Share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 11 November 2016. Following this purchase, Simon Radford is interested in 12,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
