Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that it was notified that on 9 February, Julie Smith, the wife of Chairman David Smith, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares David Smith and his closely associated persons will be interested in 183,187 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
