Director/PDMR Dealing and Issue of Equity
Plastics Capital announces that, on 3 October 2017, Andrew Walker, Non-Executive Director, exercised options over 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £1.00 per Ordinary Share pursuant to the Options Agreement dated 27 November 2007.
Accordingly, an application has been made for 50,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") which is expected to occur on 9 October 2017. Following Admission the Company will have 38,995,151 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Following Admission, Andrew Walker will hold 295,684 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.76% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
