Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc (LSE: KWE) announces that it was notified on 1 March 2017, that Mary Ricks, a director of the Company, was awarded 19,006 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Ordinary Shares) at nil price per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares were awarded pursuant to a vesting of restricted stock units granted to Mary Ricks. No shares were purchased by Mary Ricks. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 1 March 2017.
Following this purchase, Mary Ricks is interested in 179,922 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
