The Company confirms today that on 29 April 2019, Tarom Foundation sold 15,000 shares at £3.00 each per share and on 30 April, sold 10,000 shares at £3.00 per share.
Dr Alexander Ospelt, a director of Billington Holdings Plc, is a member of the governing council of Tarom Foundation.
Tarom Foundation now holds 1,135,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 8.8% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.
