The Company confirms today that on 4 June 2019, Gutenga Investments PCC Limited sold 25,000 shares at £3.50 each per share.
Dr Alexander Ospelt, a director of Billington Holdings Plc, is a member of the foundation council of Gutenga Foundation which owns 100% of Gutenga Investments PCC Limited.
Gutenga Investments PCC Limited now holds 6,426,318 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 49.7% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.
