Directorate Update
ThinkSmart (AIM: TSL) notes the announcement made today by Conviviality Plc ("Conviviality"), an AIM listed company, that it has appointed Matthew Callaghan, Ian Green and David Baxendale of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to act as its administrators.
David Adams, a non-executive director of ThinkSmart, is executive chairman of Conviviality (having been appointed to this executive role on 19 March 2018) and this announcement is being made by ThinkSmart, in accordance with the requirement of Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, for information purposes only.
