LLOYDS BANKING GROUP DIRECTORATE UPDATE

Further to our announcement on 19 September 2011, Lord Leitch has agreed to defer his retirement from the Board until after the 2011 report and accounts have been finalised. He will therefore remain as Deputy Chairman of Lloyds Banking Group and Chairman of Scottish Widows Group until 29 February 2012.
