IS Solutions announces that Geoff Shingles, who joined the board as a Non-Executive Director at the time of acquisition of Celebrus in January 2015, retired as of 23 January 2016, in line with the expiry of his fixed period contract.
The Board would like to thank Geoff both for his assistance during the acquisition of Celebrus and his contribution throughout the last 12 months as the Company integrated the Celebrus team with IS Solutions. We wish him well for the future.
