Pursuant to the Chairman’s Review in the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2016 regarding Board Governance, and the previous announcement made on 16 September 2016, the Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Christopher Spencer as non-executive director of the board of directors of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 2 March 2017.

In addition, the Company announces that Mrs Sarah Evans has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 2 March 2017.
