Directorate change and withdrawal of AGM Resolutions

The Board of Hipgnosis announces that Andrew Wilkinson and Paul Burger have resigned as non-executive directors of the Company.
Accordingly, Resolution 6 and Resolution 8 to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting on 26 October 2023 have been withdrawn.
Andrew Sutch, Chair of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited, said:
