DIRECTORATE CHANGES

The Board of Directors of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc announces that Julian Bartlett has been appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect. Jane Owen will step down as Chair of the Audit Committee but will remain a member of the Audit Committee. Following an orderly succession period, Tim Clarke, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will not stand for re-election at the Company's AGM expected to be held in July 2022 and will step down following the conclusion of the AGM.

Julian has significant financial, assurance and advisory experience gained from over 30 years as a Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP and formerly at RSM Robson Rhodes and Deloitte. He has an extensive understanding of listed and financial services companies including VCTs. He is the Chair of Invesco Fund Managers Limited, Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Invesco Pensions Limited and Director of Lindsell Train Limited. He was formerly a Non-Executive Director of FFI Holdings plc from August 2017 until it ceased trading on AIM in August 2019. Julian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
