Directorate Changes
On 4 January 2017, the directors of United Cacao Limited SEZC (the "Company") unanimously resolved to seek the immediate termination of Mr. Dennis M. Melka's employment as the Company's Group Managing Director. Mr. Melka was immediately notified of the board's decision and subsequently resigned his position on 5 January 2017. Mr. Melka had previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Company. The non-executive directors of the Company will be assuming management oversight of the Company pending the full time appointment of a new Group Managing Director.
In addition, on 5 January 2017, the Company accepted the resignations of Mr. Anthony J. Kozuch and Mr. Graeme Iain Brown from the Company's board.
