Inaddition, Robert Boardman has taken up his role as Corporate DevelopmentDirector. SMC also announces that Caroline Godfrey, who was to take up theposition of Finance Director and Company Secretary, has decided not to proceedwith her appointment and has resigned from the Company with immediate effect.Caroline's decision to withdraw from the role of Finance Director and CompanySecretary and leave the Group is related to her personal circumstances arisingfrom a family bereavement. The Board would like to thank Caroline for her valuedcontribution to the Group and wishes her well for the future.
