Directorate Changes

Redhall, the specialist engineering support services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Phillip Hilling to the Board as a Non Executive Director with effect from 3 October 2011.

Phillip was previously with Ernst & Young LLP from 1984 to 2010 and has also been a director of Compass, a national charity, since March 2010.

The Company also announces that Ian Butcher has stated his intention to retire as Deputy Chairman and Non Executive Director after the publication of the year end results on 8 December 2011. Following his departure, Paul Kirk will assume the role of Deputy Chairman and Phillip Hilling will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee.

David Jackson, Group Chairman & Chief Executive, commented on the appointment:
