Huntsworth PLC12 March 2008 12 March 2008 Huntsworth PLC Directorate changes Richard Sharp appointed non-executive Chairman Huntsworth PLC, the international public relations business and healthcarecommunications group, today announces a number of changes to the Board. RichardSharp, formerly of Goldman Sachs, has been appointed as the company's newnon-executive Chairman, effective from the company's AGM in May. Richardsucceeds Jon Foulds who is retiring. Richard Sharp, aged 52, joined Goldman Sachs in 1984, became a partner in 1994and worked across the Goldman Sachs business including investment banking andprivate equity. He retired as Chairman of Goldman Sachs' European PrincipalInvestment Area at the end of 2006. Sally Withey, currently Group Finance Director, has been appointed ChiefOperating Officer. Her focus will be on maximising operational efficiencies,investor relations and corporate developments. Tymon Broadhead, currentlyDeputy Finance Director and Company Secretary, has been appointed Group FinanceDirector. Both these Board appointments have immediate effect. Robert Alcock, Huntsworth's senior independent non-executive director, said: "Richard's appointment follows a thorough search and we are delighted to haveattracted such a highly regarded individual onto the Board. His extensiveexperience will be invaluable to Huntsworth as we continue to build our revenuesand our market positions around the world." "Jon Foulds has been a non-executive director of Huntsworth for over seven yearsand the company owes him a great debt for his wise counsel and carefulstewardship of the Board.
