Directorate changes

Cellcast plc (AIM: CLTV) today announces the following board changes that will come into effect immediately.

Andrew Wilson, the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of the Company, is resigning as a director of the Company with immediate effect, in order to pursue other opportunities. Andrew has agreed to assist Cellcast in transitioning both his existing domestic and international responsibilities and to make himself available to provide advice to the Company in the future, as required on an ad hoc basis.

The board of Cellcast (the "Board") is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Gardiner to the Board as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Craig Gardiner has been with the Company since its foundation in 2002, previously as the General Manager of all aspects of Cellcast's operations. Prior to that, Craig was General Manager of international telemedia services provider VISL, supervising its activities across Europe and Asia. Craig has over 25 years' multinational experience in the information service, telecoms and broadcasting sectors and is abreast of all of Cellcast's key commercial relationships.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Bertrand Folliet, previously a non-executive director, has been appointed as Director of Strategy and Business Development in an executive capacity. Mr Folliet's experience and expertise in international business is significant and will assist the Board in developing the Company's strategy.

The Board intends to appoint an additional independent non-executive director and the Company has identified a candidate. Further updates will be provided in due course.

Craig Gardiner, aged 56, is or has been a director of the following companies in the past five years:

Mr Gardiner was appointed as a director of Sky Telemedia (UK) Limited on 2 October 2000. This company entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation proceedings and was then subsequently dissolved on 25 October 2016.

Mr Gardiner was appointed as a director of Gamecast UK Limited on 19 December 2003. This company entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation proceedings and was then subsequently dissolved on 16 September 2011.
