Directorate Changes and Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Allan Syms as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. The Company also announces that Jonathan Freeman has stepped down as Non-Executive Chairman and the Board of Directors thank Jonathan for his continued work and support at Bould Opportunities.

Allan John Syms (aged 62)

Allan is an experienced public and private company director, with a background in Corporate Finance, IPOs and managing strategic change. Allan holds a PhD in Cell and Mollecular biology and has completed two postdoctoral research fellowships.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, Allan Syms holds, or has held in the past five years, the following directorships and partnerships: 

Allan Syms was a director of Secure Bio Limited within 12 months of the company entering into a Voluntary Creditors Liquidation in June 2015. The company was subsequently liquidated in 2017.

Allan Syms was a director of NBL Gene Sciences Limited within 12 months of the company entering into a Voluntary Creditors Liquidation in February 1998. The company was subsequently liquidated in 2001.

Allan Syms was a director of Genice Foods Limited within 12 months of the company entering into a Voluntary Creditors Liquidation in March 2003. The company was subsequently liquidated in 2003.

Allan Syms was a director of Antnano plc within 12 months of the company entering into a Compulsory Liquidation in January 2010. The company was subsequently liquidated in February 2010.

The Company also announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed
