Directorate changes

Further to the Company's announcement on 8 August 2016, Arria NLG (AIM: NLG), a world leader in artificial intelligence ("AI") and natural language generation ("NLG"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Falcon Robert Storer Clouston as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Falcon Clouston, aged 68, will serve as Deputy Chairman of the Board, Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr Clouston brings with him thirty years of extensive New Zealand capital markets experience. Mr. Clouston is a New Zealand based professional director with a wealth of governance experience having served as a director and chairman of a number of public and private companies. Mr Clouston has also served on a number of regulatory boards including as a member of the New Zealand Markets Disciplinary Tribunal, on the appeal board of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and as a member of the New Zealand Securities Commission.

Additionally, Falcon Coulston has over 30 years' experience in the financial service industry as a merchant banker and share broker in New Zealand. During this time he was a partner and director at Jarden's/CSFB and a member of the New Zealand Stock Exchange. For the past 10 years Falcon Coulston has served as a professional company director. He is based in New Zealand.

As announced on 8 August 2016, with the appointment of Mr. Clouston, Mr. Michael Higgins has stepped down as a director of the Company with effect from today. Mr Higgins has served as Arria NLG's UK based non-executive director since its admission to AIM in December 2013.

As previously announced, the Company continues to advance its plans for the listing of the securities of a new New Zealand holding company ("Arria NLG Group") on the main board of the New Zealand Stock Exchange and secondary listings on the Australian Securities Exchange and the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. Further announcements will be made in due course.
