Brady plc (BRY.L), a leading global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy and commodities sectors, announces that Martin Thorneycroft is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and has stepped down as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Martin will continue to support the business through a transition period to the end of January 2020 to coincide with the appointment of Nadya Bentley as Chief Financial Officer. Nadya will assume the role effective 2 January 2020 and it is currently expected that Nadya will be appointed to the Brady board prior to the end of January 2020.
