Directorate Changes

UDG is pleased to announce the following directorate changes:

Appointment of a new Senior Independent Director

Chris Brinsmead, who will in April have served more than nine years on the Board, is stepping down from the role of Senior Independent Director, effective 1 May 2019. Myles Lee, who joined the Board in April 2017, will assume the role of Senior Independent Director from this date.

Peter Gray, Chairman of UDG commented "I would like to thank Chris for his support and service as Senior Independent Director and would like to welcome Myles to the role of Senior Independent Director".

Committee Appointments

Following their recent appointment to the Board, Shane Cooke will become a member of the Risk, Investment and Financing Committee while Peter Chambre will be appointed to the Remuneration Committee. Both appointments are effective from 1 May 2019.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3).
