Brady plc (BRY.L), a leading global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy and commodities sectors, announces that Ian Jenks has stepped down as Non-Executive Chairman and Bob Beveridge has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Nick Greatorex, an existing director of the Company, has been appointed as the Company's Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
