WS Atkins plc ("Atkins" or the "Group"), the design, engineering and project management consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Bradley as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mrs Bradley has had a 30 year career as an investment banker, advising corporates and other clients in the USA, Europe and Asia. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, working in investment banking roles for 10 years. Following this she joined Swiss Bank Corporation, then Paribas to head their European strategy equity advisory team. In 2000, she moved to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein to lead the equity block and convertible bond teams, then moved to Credit Suisse in 2003 to become head of coverage for UK corporates, government and European private equity companies. In 2008 she moved to Hong Kong, initially with Credit Suisse, followed by Société Générale. In 2014, following her return to Europe, Mrs Bradley was appointed by HM Treasury as a non-executive member of the board of the Financial Conduct Authority, the UK financial regulator.

There are no other disclosures required in respect of Mrs Bradley pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
