Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Tejoori is pleased to announce that Abdullah Ibrahim Saeed Lootah has been appointed as CEO of the Company with immediate effect. Previously Abdullah was Non-Executive Director of Tejoori. Ilke Toklu has had her role as CEO terminated by the Company but remains on the board as a director of the Company.

Mr Lootah is a member of the highly respected Lootah family in Dubai and has held positions on the boards of a number of large UAE based property and construction companies. Amongst these is Mr Lootah's current position as Vice Chairman of the Lootah Group of Companies. He is also a committee member of the Building and Civil Construction Group, which was founded by the DCCI (the Dubai Chamber of Commerce) and works with the DCCI on various issues related to construction groups in Dubai. Apart from being associated with construction industry, Mr Lootah had been serving as Vice Chairman of Deyaar PJSC, a leading real estate development group in UAE.

Abdullah has obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Dubai Men's College.
