Directorate Changes
The Company announces the following changes to the management of the Company further to the announcement of 17 January 2014.
As previously announced the Company continues to seek additional sources of finance to strengthen its working capital position and is in discussion with a number of parties in relation to this.
It is intended that David Mathewson, currently a non-executive director of the Company and formerly the finance director of Playtech plc, will assume an executive role to lead the Company through a number of changes in order to improve revenue and efficiency. Rogier Smit currently chief executive will assume the role of chief operating officer upon David taking up his new role while Marcel Noorderloos intends to step down as Finance Director. Mr Noorderloos will remain with the company to provide continuity until a successor is appointed. A further announcement will be made once terms have been agreed with David.
Erik van Emden and John Harley, non-executive directors, have decided to step down from the board and the Company intends to appoint Mark Rosman, as a non-executive director, subject to completion of the requisite procedures for the appointment of a director of an AIM quoted company. Mark is a law graduate from V.U. University Amsterdam and has an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. He has 15 years of experience advising on private equity investments and managing private equity portfolios. A further announcement, will be made once the appointment of Mark Rosman has been finalised.
In addition, Marcel van Bree, chief executive of the Company's WannaGaming operations, has decided to relinquish his role and will be leaving the group and the Company is recruiting additional highly experienced marketing and operational executives to continue to grow the business.
