Standard Chartered PLC28 February 2006 Standard Chartered PLC - Directorate Change 28 February 2006 Ho KwonPing The Board of Directors of Standard Chartered PLC announced today that HoKwonPing, 53, will retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of thenext Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2006. He has been a non-executive directorsince 1996.
