Directorate Change
The Board of Energy Technique announces that James Lugg has resigned, with immediate effect, as a director of the Company and from his role as CEO. The Board wishes Mr Lugg well in his future endeavours.
Leigh Stimpson, the managing director of the Company's subsidiary ET Environmental Limited and Martin Kirkham, the managing director of the Company's subsidiary SIAS FM Limited will now both report to the Chairman, Walter Goldsmith. Both Leigh Stimpson and Martin Kirkham are also directors of the Company.
