BOARD APPOINTMENT

Blancco, a leading global provider of mobile device diagnostics and secure data erasure solutions, is pleased to announce that Keith Butcher will join the Group as Chief Financial Officer on 19 September 2016, and will be appointed to the PLC Board at the next Board meeting in October. Upon this appointment Jog Dhody, the existing CFO, will resign from the Board and will leave the Group following an orderly handover.

Keith is a highly experienced public company CFO and brings a track record of success in high growth technology businesses. He joins from MOO.com (Moo Print Limited), a Private Equity backed online design and print company where he was group CFO.

Previously, for five years until 2015, Keith was CFO of AIM listed PaySafe Group Plc (previously Optimal Payments plc), an international online payments company servicing customers in over 190 countries that saw a substantial share price appreciation during his tenure and is now part of the FTSE 250 with a market capitalization of c. £2 billion.

Prior to that, Keith was Finance Director of AIM listed Flomerics Group Plc ("Flomerics"), a market leading specialist software simulation company, at the time listed on the London Stock Exchange, and was instrumental in the sale of the company to Nasdaq listed Mentor Graphics Inc.

Before Flomerics, Keith was Finance Director of AIM listed DataCash Group Plc, a specialist online Payment Service Provider to online/e-commerce businesses worldwide which was sold to MasterCard for c. £333 million in 2010.

Keith was awarded Finance Director of the Year at the Quoted Company Alliance Awards (QCA) 2014.
